Sanctuary Counseling

I’m a counselor who is committed to helping people learn how to grow by focusing on past and present experiences. I believe everyone is unique and valuable. As a former Division I athlete who understands the stress of performance, I help athletes become the best version of themselves. I also assist parents in supporting their child's athletic vision. I have worked with junior high, high school and college athletes. I’m passionate about writing and training, and am interested in participating in workshops, speaking engagements, webinars, and podcasts. I accept FSA, HSA, cash, credit card and checks for payment and am not paneled for insurance. I may be able to accept Out of Network Insurance, depending on the type of insurance.
